- To collect information through Vietnamese people in industrial parks, government related, real estate brokerage, and so on to obtain information that will lead to construction orders
- To build relationships with them and expand networks in related fields
- Research and planning of new projects such as real estate development projects in Vietnam.
- Preparation of materials and documents related to the above

- One of three requirements must be met
1. At least 2 years of working experience in an industrial park or a government organizations
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry (general contractors in Vietnam)
3. At least 2 years of working experience in business promotion at a consulting firm
- English: Intermediate level (to communicate with Japanese Manager)
