1. Management Accounting (including cost accounting management, cash flow management, reporting related to Management Accounting)
- To prepare all kinds of internal/external accounting monthly & quarterly reporting, including cost accounting and cashflow, and analyze business performance
- To support Budget Planning
- To project cashflow
- To support investment project
2. Task for Internal control
- To document and implement standardized procedures
- To coordinate assignments of department members and supervise their activities
3. Corporate Management
- To coordinate Board of Director Meeting (Quarterly), Executive meeting (Monthly), general meeting of shareholders, and other significant meetings including preparation, facilitation, translation
4. Management Support
-To provide Vietnamese language assistance for Japanese so that they can communicate well with executives/employees and Vietnamese partners, etc.
