Job Description

1/ Responsible for beauty clinic’s monthly target sales, support old customer and approach new customers.

2/ Coordinate with Marketing to build business plans, promotions to encourage customers to use the service.

3/ Supervise the beauty clinic's operating procedures, safety and health regulations, the quality of products provided and beauty clinic’s service

4/ Supporting consulting staff to answer complicated questions/ requests and service packages for customers.

5/ Recruit, train, build and develop a team of staff, implement regulations, maintain to build and develop a professional customer service cult

6/ Monitor products and equipment used in beauty clinic to ensure maximum profitability. 7/ Report revenue, operating status of equipment and spending budget.

8/ Proposing improvements in all areas to develop for beauty Clinic.

9/ Quickly report any problems that arise out of the Beauty Clinic's control to the General Director.

10/ Other jobs as assigned by Director

Job Requirement

 - Male/Female not more than 35 years old, 1m60 tall, well-proportioned appearance, bright and beautiful skin.

- Having at least 3 years of management experience.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Good English communication, can speak Korean is an advantage.

- Have in-depth knowledge of skin, cosmetics, high-tech machinery as well as internal aesthetics
