Responsible for the development of new products based on interaction/direction from Sales and Marketing
Evaluate new raw materials
Oversees the development of formula revisions (including cost reductions)
Interaction with internal departments and outside venders as projects dictate
Participates in all aspects of the scale-up process (includes trial run, hands-on production, shelf-life evaluations…)
Other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirement
Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Bio chemistry, Food Science or related disciplines
Good oral and reading communication skills in English
Ability to use Offices, Internet and emailing
R&D knowledge in Beverage, Coffee, Dairy
Skilled in analysis and management
5 years of experiences related to R&D food technology. Including at least candidates with 2-3 years of experiences in beverage industry
Hard working, sense of curiosity and creativity
