• Build up the research and development plans according to the company's scope and strategy;
• Set up BOM and coding of materials;
• Manage the development of process documents, raw material standards, and finished product standards.
• Control the entire process before transferring for production
• Implement production transfer and handle problems arising during operation.
• Study for new ideas related to product diversification, design, product quality...
• Approach new technology to provide solutions for product design research and product quality improvement.
• Improve technological processes and optimize production conditions.
• Supervise customer outreach or coordinate with Sales Department to understand product evaluation information and then provide necessary improvement solutions;
• Manage and propose solutions for R&D projects on new and improved products
• Review and update quality standards, production processes... for products;
• Approve activities to adjust production formulas, raw material technical standards, product technical standards, and production processes;
• Approve activities to samples storage, get rid of samples, and update new samples.
• Coordinate with related departments to improve quality and optimize product prices.
• Manage machines and equipment in the LAB room. Planning for equipment calibration. Make sure machinery and equipment are always in good working condition.
• Manage all employees of the R&D Department (including staff, training, work plans, work efficiency assessment...)
• Report to the Supply Chain & Production Director & BOD for all R& D activities.
• Other tasks required by Supply Chain & Production Director & BOD.
• Comply with confidentiality information rules regarding all company products and formulations.

1/ Qualification:

• University graduated (at least) in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (cosmetic)/ Biochemistry or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of R&D pharmaceutical and cosmetic.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar position in the cosmetic field.
• Professional skills: Good at market knowledge and production of cosmetic industry. Ability to identify, analyze and evaluate the market. Have excellent strategic thinking (including synthetic, analytical, systematic, creative and logical thinking).
• Foreign language: Good in English, can translate international documents about cosmetic field. Korean is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, PP…
