1. Perform product testing using experimental design and protocol, collection of data and interpretation, and reporting of data

2. Generate and conduct tests on stability, performance evaluation

3. Conduct competitive benchmark studies, provide results and recommendations to the formulation development

4. Perform and provide Product Substantiation / Certificate support substantiation to Regulation team for Authority checking and Advertisement purposes

5. Conduct sample documentation checking and tracking

6. Arrange and manage laboratory chemicals

7. Perform duties as assigned by supervisor

8. Responsible for laboratory safety

1.   Bachelor/Engineering Graduate in Chemistry

2.   Experienced in Lab Machines/testing Performance Equipment for Personal Care/Hair Care

3.   Experience in Hair Care is a plus

4.   Experienced at same position in FMCG companies is a plus

5.   Good Computer literacy

6.   Good English communication
