Determine staffing needs to create an annual/ monthly recruitment and find the right candidates for the open roles
Make job postings, screen resumes, perform pre- interviews and the whole recruitment process includes testing the candidate's aptitude for skills that the position requires.
Be able to adapt to new changes and biases in job listings and company policies.
Attend job fairs and hiring events, manage staffing background and reference checks (if any)
Build relationships on trust and good communication with business partners
Job Requirement
At least 3 years working in recruitment function for the manufacturing company
Good at labor law, building up and conducting onboarding process and orientation program, SOP
Good at computer skills and HRIS
Good at English skills.
