- Make an annual recruitment plan:
- Responsible for recruiting Human Resources according to the recruitment plan and requirements, meeting the production and business activities of the factory.
- Survey the labor market, and salary market and propose effective recruitment options
- To develop methods to improve the effective recruitment process
