As the Sales Planning - Operation Supervisor, you will play a vitalrole in coordination, management of sales operation and supporting sales channelsto drive business growth. We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strongbackground in sales planning & operation within the finance industry tojoin our team and contribute to the company's success.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales planningofficer/ sales admin to operate and support sales channels to achieve sales targets
- Monitoring all necessary tasks to support salesactivities, such as: preparing contract with dealer/ vendors, commissioncalculation and payment (dealer/vendor), sales code management, time-sheetchecking, asset management, handling defer cases, ….
- Work closely withcross-functional teams to fix any issue occurring in daily operation and ensurenone of complaint or interruption in processes.
- Create and controldetailed dept.’sbudgets as well as performance metrics/ KPIs of team member, conduct regularreviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with others departments (Product, IT,Sales leadership teams) to develop and implement automation tool to increase productivity,proficiency and internal customer satisfaction.
- Support to developreports/dashboard to monitors sales performance indicators, then providingbusiness insights and proposing for need of improvements.
- Support to develop &implement new businesses/ new products/ new contracts with partners (includingcredit loan and insurance products).
- Recruit and provide training & guidance onbest practices, implement effective sales training programs to enhance theskills and capabilities of the team.
