The project is a high-end retreat estate in Ba Vi Hanoi, with space for accommodation rental, event organization and more.
The position will play an assisting role in connecting clients with the estate, maximizing the revenues and guest satisfaction. He/She will mainly follow the tasks as:
Business Development:
- Assist sales executive and manager in finding and approaching new prospects. Draft quotations and respond to all assigned inquiries.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and redirect complex inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Proactively research and assist the management team to create packages and products for potential clients. In collaboration with the operation department.
- Research and update the management team on the market's situation, competitors and products.
- Follow up sales lead, organize site-check, fam-trips when needed.
Documentation and office:
- Build up & update databases for all segmentations.
- Create and draft quotations, contracts, and booking reservations on the provided systems.
- Collaborate and handle all needed documentation with clients and other departments.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
