Job Description

Promote company's products and services to potential customers
Create and enhance customers pools
Follow up with leads including old leads, to drive new business opportunities
Assist customers with any queries and/or technical issues they encounter
Convert potential customers into trading deposit accounts
Contribute to the team's business performance by achieving KPIs
Recommend changes in products, services and policies by evaluating results and competitive development ideas
Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree. Business, Economic or related field is preferred
0 – 1 year of experience in Sales / Customer Service (Preferably in the financial sector)
Have knowledge in FX, Shares and CFD is a plus.
Basic communication in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
