1. Develop new customer from domestic and international.
2. Follow up and responsible for delivery and collection from customer.
3. Update and keeping track on CRM (customer relationship management) on Odoo
4. Follow up customer request, complaint and satisfaction report.
5. Generate sales report (monthly)
6. Generate quotation and term of sales.
7. Generate Sales Order and Work Order to the customer, Production and Supply Chain teams.
8. Do external coordination with customers regarding the delivery details and any special requirements.
9. Do internal coordination, with Supply Chain, Production, QA and Technical team with regard to customer requirements, production & material planning, and new product development.
10. Generate customer monthly order report
11. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
12. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
13. Do import and export coordination and other Customs-related tasks, as needed
