Main responsibilities: Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by the Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Contact potential customers to inform them about our company, a product or a service using scripts.
• Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.
• Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed and coordinate with the Manager to respond to clients.
• Filing & documentation. • Handle other customer service/sales administration tasks as assigned.
