The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
• Lead on a portfolio of accounts and manage day-by-day client communication
• Manage campaign brainstorming and planning with internal teams
• Manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensure strategy matching the brief, manage campaign launching and ongoing operations, including market research, budgeting and reporting
• Estimate and optimize budget to deliver positive return on marketing spend
• Be responsible for quality of deliverables, timeline and KPIs delivery commitment
• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
• Understand client’s business and objectives, input strategically to develop creative briefs
• Work-flow management – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers
• Lead and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
