1. Review and understand the technical worksheets, measurementsand standard requirements of the assigned brand/ customer/Xem xét, tìm hiểu về các bảng kỹ thuật, đo lường và các tiêu chuẩn của khách hàng.

2. Develop fabric, lab dips, trims/accessories, prints, embroidery etc for submission and obtain approval before buy ready or according to schedule for production/Phát triển vải, lad-dips, nguyên phụ liệu, in ép, thêu… nhằm đảm bảo được thông qua trước khi mua và đúng theo kế hoạch sản xuất.

3. Check on fabric, accessories & packing materials prices for preparation of cost sheets/ Kiểm tra báo giá cho vải, nguyên phụ liệu và nguyên liệu đóng gói để chuẩn bị cho việc sản xuất mẫu.

4. Ensure samples are submitted in accordance to buyer’s specification and approved on-time/ Đảm bảo hàng mẫu được giao dựa trên tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu của khách hàng và được thông qua đúng thời hạn.

5. Ensure cost sheets are prepared with accuracy and review with Manager/Senior Manager/ Đảm báo bảng báo giá chính xác và được thông qua bởi trưởng bộ phận/ lãnh đạo.

6. Ensure all final templates for bulk use are sent to the respective departments within the required time frame/ Đảm bảo tất cả các mẫu kỹ thuật cho sản xuất được gửi đến các bộ phận liên quan theo đúng thời gian.

7. Liaise with the different departments on the day to day work./ Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác trong các công việc hàng ngày

8. Conduct meetings with Development and bulk production team to ensure that the correct garment construction is executed based on buyer’s requirement./ Tiến hành các cuộc họp với bộ phận phát triển và sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo tất cả các quá trình sản xuất được thực hiện dựa trên yêu cầu của khách hang.

9. Help with overseeing strike-offs and liaise with printers and also others to facilitate R & D work flow. Support new Product Developers and Bulk Developers/ Giúp giám sát vải mẫu và liên lạc với nhà in và các bên liên quan khác để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho quy trình công việc của R & D. Hỗ trợ nhân viên phát triển mẫu và nhân viên phát triển hàng sản xuất đại trà mới.

10. Assist & support the Merchandising Manager in ensuring the workflow within the team is smoothly executed and achieve good KPI/ Hỗ trợ trưởng phòng Quản lý đơn hàng nhằm đảm bảo qui trình làm việc được thông suốt và hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu.

11. Provide training and guidance to junior product developers/ Cung cấp các khoá huấn luyện và đào tạo cho các nhân viên phát triển mẫu.

12. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time/ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được phân công bởi cấp quản lý khi cần thiết.

- Experience in garment industry from 3 years or more.

- College degree or higher.

- Good at English is preferred

- People who know how to use computers

- Hardworking, eager to learn
