Report to: Senior Manager, APAC Quality and Compliance
Responsibilities:
Supplier assessment
Perform supplier assessment against annual assessment plan and company strategic business plan
Communicate Velcro requirements to suppliers, including product associated, process control and compliance
Identify gap analysis and follow up the improvement action and effectiveness validation
Coordinate supplier material measurement and validation, leading the quality communication between Velcro and suppliers
Processes monitoring in both internal production and supplier
Process audits to ensure process control plan is communicated, implement and updated
Identify variances in the production process and drive improvement plan and corresponding validation
Build solid process control including process check, product identification, non conforming material control
Problem solving and Supplier performance
Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues in a timely manner.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformances
Provide technical guidance and support to suppliers to help them meet quality requirements
Monitor incoming check and lead problem solving if any
Supplier quality performance tracking, supplier quality ration, reply time
Report out the progress and performance at regular basis or required as needed
Others
Work with global supplier quality and reginal quality
Collaborate with local operations and procurement team
Supplier quality training and drive supplier quality system improvement
Support customer audits at suppliers
Other tasks given by supervisor or the company.
