1. Fund Management:
o Manage daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and investments.
o Download and review bank statements, & perform bank reconciliations.
o Execute & follow internal and external fund transfers.
o Monitor fees, interest, and CASA balances.
o Reconcile month-end transaction details for funding.
2. Treasury Transaction Processing:
o Monitor, follow & execute interest & principal repayment for Treasury transactions
o Process new drawdowns and CD transactions.
o Open, maintain and update bank accounts/bank services.
3. Reporting and Reconciliation:
o Prepare and submit daily/monthly/quaterly reports related to Treasury activities to the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV).
o Ad hoc reports from line managers
4. Audit and Compliance:
o Assist in internal and external audits.
o Track and confirm bank audit requests and responses.
o Dispatch audited financial statements to relevant parties.
5. Administrative and Support Tasks:
o Perform general administrative duties and document filing.
o Provide operational support for urgent cases and daily connectivity services.
o Back up Treasury team operations.

* Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge:
o Finance & Accounting/Banking University Degree.
o 1-2 year working experience experience in Treasury operations
o Deep understanding of Prudential Ratios management in banking sector and manage to ensure to fulfil such requirements.
o Fluent in both spoken and written English.
o Proficiency in financial software, M.S Office, VBA is a plus.
