1. Management support: - Support higher level engineers in project management, performing necessary work to ensure the project is complet ed on schedule, quality, cost, safety... - Participate in supporting the planning, implementation and monitoring stages of the project. 2. Document work: - Prepare and manage project documents, including storing, organizing and updating necessary documents. - Carry out checking of project documents and payment documents. 3. Reporting work: - Support in preparing and submitting regular and unscheduled reports during project implementation. - Coordinate with relevant divisions/departments to ensure reports are completed on time and accurately. 4. Communication and coordination: - Assist in contact with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure project information is communicated accurately and promptly. - Participate in project meetings and record meeting minutes when necessary. 5. Other tasks: - Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager to effectively support the project. - Participate in checking, evaluation and work process improvement activities to improve work efficiency
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
2 years of experience in real estate development or construction supervision.
Good communication skills and ability to use office software (World, Excel,Power Point), MS Project, AutoCAD...

- Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - The Infrastructure developer of the New City Center. The company was established on May 19th, 1993 as a joint-venture between the HoChiMinh City People’s Committee (represented by the Tan Thuan Industrial Promotion Company) and the Central Trading & Development Group, headquartered in Taiwan.
Tan Thuan Industrial Promotion Corporation (IPC) was founded in 1989, aiming to develop export processing zones to enhance the socio-economic growth in HCM City. Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone was established for this reason, followed by Phu My Hung urban development project.
This is also the first infrastructure project of attracting foreign investment in Vietnam. After 25-year development, IPC has become one of typical businesses of the city in investing infrastructure for the economic growth and urban development, executing the “Eastbound Sea movement” strategy and playing important role in promoting the development of South area of HCM City.
