Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
Review Forecast accuracy & forecast bias
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration activities (with business & brand team) to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with commerce, business & brand team to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts
Generate consensus plan forecast based on final forecast enrichment with commerce, business & brand team. Consensus plan to be validated by CBO
Build rolling supply plan based on validated forecast, and key parameters.
Communicate and collaborate supply plan with principal, finance, import and warehouse team to ensure products arrive within expected timeline
Ensure warehouse manage a healthy inventory level, with low slow moving & obsoletes stocks.
In charge distribution plan for each warehouse location
Job Requirement
Min 3-4 years’ experience in planning role (supply chain, demand & supply planner)
Background Industry: Multinational FMCG
Strong analytical, problem solving & statistical skills
Strong initiative & attention to details
Understand the S&OP process
Understand key demand & supply planning concepts
Plus point: have certification to APICS CPIM
