· Market and Site Analysis: Conduct research on the industry trends, demographic data and competitors to help in analyzing potential market and locations.
· Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of new store openings and support the coordination of project activities, timelines, and documentation.
· Contract Review and Analysis: Assist in reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents as well as summarize key terms and conditions for review.
· Document Preparation & Management: Draft and format letters, memos, and other legal documents and maintain accurate records and files related to store development projects, including contracts, plans, and reports.
· Support the direct reporting manager in other duties and special projects as assigned.
