Job Descriptions:

1. Main tasks:

1. SAP-FICO closing and SAP works:

• Perform closing steps for CO module;
• Check / set rules / explain the result for closing, new setting up in SAP, join and build new process.

1. Internal audit (K-Sox):

• Join yearly KSOX auditing;
• Work with Vietnamese Auditing firm and CJCJ to implement phases of KSOX;
• Establish, implement and administrate internal audit/internal control policies, procedures and programs;
• Coordinates with all department in developing, reviewing the processes to enhance the internal control, improve operations activities effectively and efficiently, ensure the compliance with laws, regulations and internal rules;
• Prepare reports that reflect audit’s results.

1. Others:

Perform ad-hoc tasks / one-time assignments from head of team and BODs.

Requirements:

• Education: University, major in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing
• Big4 Audit Firm background
• Living near Ben Luc, Long An is a plus
• Good at written and verbal English communication skills
• High standards of professionalism and integrity
