· Participation in sourcing and supplier selection

· Work out improvement activities together with the suppliers and ensure fulfillment of it.

· Visit, evaluate and audit existing and new suppliers.

· Handling quality complaints from suppliers – containment action, 8D and claims

· Manage escalations for suppliers for under performances

· New projects and localization – feasibility, risk assessment and part development

· Drive supplier performance improvement programs

· Reporting of supplier quality activities & status

·         8+ years of experience in supplier development for quality and technology for mechanical engineering process mainly for maching of componance.

·         Technical understanding (read engineering drawing)

·         Quality awareness (know about ISO/TS 16949/14000/18000)

·         Knowledge in QC tools, 5 core tools

·         Knowledge in project management.

·         Good English in speaking and writing

·         Good communication skill.

·         Good interpersonal, suvervising, and influencing skill to internally and externally
