Receive orders from Sales Team (Email DMS), input order onto ERP system
Check the money availability and inform accountant to post the money according to SO on ERP, then confirm SO on the ERP system
Inform SO to logistic for delivery scheduling
Receive complaints from customers and follow up with related dept for complaint solving
Create/set promotions on ERP and send promotions scheme to sales team and customers (Once per month)
Update information of ASM to ERP when there is a change in work roaming (information received from HR department)
Other tasks assigned by line manager and above
Job Requirement
Intermediate English (all skills).
Handle multiple of tasks.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Able to work under pressure.
No experience required. Having experience is preferred
