- Plan + Delivery plan, ship book, trucking book and submit to COO + CEO for approval
- Build ship, truck, and other related transportation suppliers at a level of effective cooperation, goodwill, and towards a strategic level.
- Develop supply and logistics strategies suitable to the Company's situation and development speed.
- Research, analyze, and forecast in depth the situation of shipping rates, other road and waterway transport rates and advise the Board of Directors on potential and effective supply and logistics solutions in Optimize costs and maximize service value for organizations, customers and partners.
- Through connecting with departments, colleagues, and associates, the organization coordinates delivery activities to optimize service value, operational efficiency, and cash flow of the business.
- Interact with the Board of Directors daily to upgrade skills, expertise, thinking and problem-solving skills; At the same time, seek approval from the Board of Directors in specific cases that personnel cannot or do not have enough authority to resolve.

- Understand the working process, coordination process with departments and partners, and problem solving process; From there, give comments and propose plans to build and perfect the working process of the supply and logistics department every day.
- Report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to the Board of Directors on the ongoing supply and logistics situation at the Company.
- Proactively exploit information from the market, analyze in depth and give advice to the Board of Directors on the topic of Supply - Logistics related to agricultural industries and products as well as actual transactions and business potential.

Level:

- Education level: University at the following schools: Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics
- Professional qualifications: Supply Chain Management - Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Economics, International Finance,... Have complete basic knowledge of import-export operations .
- Foreign languages: Good communication in English, good listening, speaking, reading and writing, equivalent to Ielts level 7.5 or higher. 
Knowing Chinese and/or Latin is an advantage.
- Communication, negotiation, persuasion.
- Judging, handling situations, and managing data.
- Proficient in office computers.

 Experience:

- Have experience in a supply and logistics position for 3-5 years.
- Have experience in reading, analyzing and selecting potential partners for the company
- Resolve trouble and arrange to handle supply and logistics issues gently.
