Textile Technical Specialist which involves supporting the sales team with technical expertise on textiles and solutions, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to launch new sustainable textile materials, and formulating product marketing strategies. The key responsibilities and requirements are:

Responsibilities:

- Work independently with internal sales & customer yarn R&D.

- Collect yarn mill seasonal trend and new development, innovation, and technique to share.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch new sustainable textile materials

- Provide technical support to sales teams and customers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve products.

- Improve or modify existing products to meet changing consumer needs

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

- Provide product training and demonstrations to customers and sales teams

- Develop and maintain product knowledge to support customers and sales teams effectively

- Monitor developed yarn quality and performance, risk assessment on adopted development yarn with mill. Review failed / non conformed yarn development test reports from yarn suppliers.

 - College / degree holder from Textile preferred

- Technical education in textile science of degree level or equivalent experience in development of Fibre, yarn and fabrics Quality Control

- Experience on yarn,fabric development

- Strong knowledge of the latest materials and techniques as well as yarn standards and testing specifications, open to innovative idea and business oriented in order to commercialize the idea to bulk.

- Pro-active , can do attitude, good team payers

- Able to comunicate in English.
