The job holder will be responsible to coordinate and follow up with Supplier / WH / Prod / PMC on JIT & VMI delivery schedule release and follow up.
TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ QUYỀN HẠN
• JIT Delivery Schedule publish, delivery monitor and control.
• VMI delivery Schedule publish, delivery monitor and control.
• Base production plan by model then breaks down part numbers and create plan JIT correct and enough overstock control.
• Follow up daily production schedule, ensure production line run smoothly, and assist to handle goods issue about delivery, quality.
• Support supervisor control team's expertise plan production, policy, report, control status goods.
• Coordinate the implementation of changes that affect material plans and change plan unexpected.
• Shipment coordination control and support JIT delivery suppliers abnormal.
Vocational School/College
1-2 years relevant PMC experience with good knowledge of purchasing material control.
Speaking and written communication in English.
Good communication, listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Understand ERP system and excel operation formula.
Preferably with good knowledge of Oracle.
Good interpersonal communication skills and leadership.
Good cooperation and teamwork.
Good analytical and problem solver skills.
Good sense of data analyzing.
Good knowledge of capacity and manufacturing resource.
Familiar with ERP system.
*Working time: Day and Night Shift rotation
*Working location: Tan Phu Trung IZ - Cu Chi - HCMC. Employees self-sufficient transportation
