Contract Review and Drafting: Assisting in the review and drafting of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents/ Soát xét và soạn thảo Hợp đồng: Hỗ trợ soát xét và soạn thảo hợp đồng, thỏa thuận, và các tài liệu pháp lý khác.
Intellectual Property: Supporting the legal team in matters related to intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights / Sở Hữu Trí Tuệ: Hỗ trợ nhóm pháp lý trong các vấn đề liên quan đến sở hữu trí tuệ, bao gồm nhãn hiệu và bản quyền.
Job Requirement
Being a 4th-year student or graduated in Law / Là sinh viên năm cuối hoặc đã tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Luật
Being able to work full-time from Mon - Fri / Có khả năng đi làm full-time từ Thứ 2-6
Proficient in using Office software / Sử dụng tốt các phần mềm Office
Good English & Vietnamese communication & writing skills/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp và viết Tiếng Anh & Tiếng Việt tốt
Creative and hard working / Sáng tạo và chăm chỉ
Careful & detailed oriented / Cẩn thận và chú ý chi tiết
Fresh graduate can be trained/ Chưa có kinh nghiệm sẽ được đào tạo.
