- Follow & control the target of Operation department every month, especially cost maximizing.

- Support Sale & Commercial teams to increase volume of cargo, especially the biddings

- Monitor the daily working of staffs:

+ Develop performance of customs declaration team (including documentation staff and brokers).

+ Ensure performance of trucking and delivery.

- Consult customers in customs regulations.

- Increase customer centricity mindset in team.

- Reduce the complaints from customers to maximum

- Manage team to meet deadline of daily operation work such as system input, billing, report, etc.

- Meet customers’ requirements following SOP.

- Manage vendor and suppliers.

- Build and standardize BU’s SOPs where necessary.

- Conduct training and increase numbers of staff who is keen on customs declaration.

- Min. 3 years – experience of Customs Clearance  Assistant Manager or Manager in Forwarding or Logistics. 

- Have experience in managing a large team with 15-25 members.

- Business English.
