Job Description

  • Handle transactions for customers, including cash deposits/withdrawals, card payments.
  • Follow the bank procedure to count, reconcile and manage all the fund.
  • Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests.
  • Work with other customer service officer as a team to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being, and supporting management as needed.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, speaking Korean is advantage.
  • Good sense of numbers and computer skills.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills.
  • Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
