Purpose of the position

• Acting as a Warehouse Manager as per assignment
• Support Senior Manager to manage warehousing as per assignment

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse team to complete the daily physical operation timely and efficiently.
• Daily warehouse management including staff, machinery and warehouse facilities etc.
• Ensure all Safety, Security, QHSE, sigma requirements in site are complied.
• Close communication with customer service team, customers and related departments to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction and consistent team environment.
• Comply with labor codes and requirements of government laws, company, and customers.
• Work and carry out stock check process to ensure the inventory accuracy.
• Workload planning and productivity improvement, team & skill development
• Proactively provide solutions to meet customer demands and provide quotations based on calculation.
• Meet the KPI target and provide ideas for Continuous Improvement of layout, process, systems, and innovation.
• Ensure profitability target of the site. And implement cost control.
• Quality Management implementation & assurance
• Ensure the accuracy of daily operation/WHS security and safety;
• Training warehouse team according to SOP, monitoring performance and progress.
• Fulfill reporting, document requirements as required by management and customers.
• Ensure system utilization & development for both WMS and TMS as well as automation – if any
• Other tasks assigned if any.

Communications

• Maintain/coordinate with all related stakeholders.
• Internal – products, warehouse staff, business units,
• External – Existing customers, potential customers.

Experience and Qualifications

• University Degree
• Proficient in English
• Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge in WMS system
• Logistics and warehouse management for at least 5 years
• Substantial knowledge on operations and people management experience from a big multinational company preferably
