2 Education and Training
· B.A. degree or academic training or professional qualifications in a relevant field such as public health, health improvement, medical etc.
· Strong knowledge and understanding of workplace health and wellbeing issues
3 Experience and Qualification
· Experience of managing staff.
· Excellent communication, engagement and influencing skills to work across teams and take people from all levels on the wellbeing journey.
· Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
· Proficient in MS office suite.
· Excellent presentation, project management and change management skill.
· Creative thinking, flexibility and continuous improvement.
· Long term commitment / engagement and objective oriented is highly desirable.
