Job Purpose: With ambitious marketing goals and a desire to expand the product range and enhance existing product maintenance to reach a growing audience, this position will be responsible for the overall management of the company's brand activation programs.
- Manage the program's approved budget:
Taking responsibility for the marketing/ Sales activation budget and designing annual campaigns with the sales and marketing teams
Oversee the creation, implementation, and evaluation of innovative, engaging activation programs intended to increase brand awareness, trial, and sales.
Review performance, ROI and tracking of campaigns and apply learnings for future initiatives
2. Manage the program's approved budget
Effectively manage PG team activities in stores/ Super market
Support recruit teammate, PG to run activation program
Cooperate and negotiate with partners to achieve the strongest execution possible
Act as the connection between Sales and Marketing
Build and maintain a calendar of brand activation events for the team
3. Conduct reporting and analysis of each campaigns
Follow up the KPIs to analyze the effectiveness of each project.
Always keep previous campaigns in mind when planning new events to avoid repeating past mistakes.
Conduct market reports and work performance as required by managers.
4. Develop an activation strategy that aligns with company goals
- Making Annual plan aligns with business goals
- Educate consumers about the product
- Work with agencies to provide best-in-class creative in compliance with guidelines,
- Regulate and coordinate with agencies to implement activation, sampling, and roadshow programs
- Summarize assessments, and recommendations, and select solutions/quotes given by partners/suppliers to the company's requirements.
