Work with Malls:

• Update/introduce and announce promotions and discounts with the Management board.
• Looking for branding opportunities in the Trade Center
• Proposing cooperation programs with the Trade Center to increase sales efficiency of goods (eg: outlet sales,..)

Communication & PR

• Build a communication plan to speak out brand voice to target customers ( by booking PR, KOLs, video production, photoshoots,…)

Create CRM program

• Strategies with current VIP customers to maintain and increase sales effectiveness, and brand image.
• Strategies to attract new VIP customers, and increase sales efficiency.
• Create GWP ideas, and promotion plans to attract customers to shop, increase sales efficiency

Partnership

• Plan implementation with agencies and related departments to implement approved activities and budget.

Create Trade MKT program

• Responsible for the detailed implementation of activities
• Trade MKT for ALDO: gift giving, POS system setting, develops images & content for POSM, owns a standard license Company and related items.

MKT activation

• Create MKT activation, increase customer connection & experience with ALDO

Report and analyze the results for all activations and create the new plan

• Monthly report on VIP customers
• Report on competitor activity
• Analyze and report program marketing results

Others

• Other support jobs as directed by the Marketing Manager

Education: 

• University graduates prefer graduates with Marketing, Economics, and Business Administration qualifications.

Experience: 

• 3 - 4 years, Experience in the retail industry preferred.

Work-related skills: 

• Analytics, Negotiate, Creative, Passionate, Proficient in office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word) 
• Fluency in English.
