· Responsible for the back-end platform management of Amazon Seller Central E-Commerce channels.
· Accountable for day-to-day operations of B2B and B2C E-Commerce channels under Amazon Seller Central.
· Manage Amazon listings including onboarding, updating listings, adding products, improving product descriptions, updating inventory...etc.
· Optimize products through keyword research and quality content. Make sure that the navigation meets customer expectations and that the products are easily accessible.
· Provide online customer service such as responding to inquiries, receiving reviews, confirming orders, and managing sales.
· Process online orders and communicate with other departments if necessary to fulfill shipments.
· Establish sales targets and goals.
· Contribute to the growth of the overall business by supporting internal stakeholders by providing support, information, researching, and recommending new opportunities to enhance the business.
· Develop and optimize Amazon marketing campaigns and strategies
· Other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
