- Ensures that all team members deliver a high level of guest service at all times.
- Handles all customer issues and queries in a polite and efficient manner, ensuring problems are resolved properly and within reasonable time frames.
- Works with the Outlet manager and supervisors to train team members in guest service skills.
- Reports customer issues to the Directors.
- Oversees the preparation and update of training materials.
- Ensures restaurant standards have been implemented at an international level.
- Monitors operations and schedules and manages team effectively and efficiently in both peak periods and low business periods.
- Checks customer satisfaction on a daily basis and reports back to the Directors daily.
- Ensures that all team members work in a supportive and flexible manner with each other.
- Ensures that all team members are fully up to date with the product knowledge and the restaurant food and beverage menu/offerings.
- Rosters team members effectively and efficiently.
- Manages the punctuality and grooming of all team members, ensuring that they have the correct uniform and have a high level of personal appearance and hygiene.
