Job Descriptions

• Provide services of account opening, deposit, remittance, etc.
• Review business application and document provided by customers and input data into system.
• Assist Manager - Branch Services to create reports required by regulatory authorities, input info into internal and external systems, ensure data's correctness, punctuality, and completeness.
• Regularly review operating manuals of banking operations, account opening, timely revise them to meet business need.
• Consolidate cheque and cash for logistic management
• Monitor for passbook, certificate of deposit, and cheque book usage

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields with professional or trading license.
• 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge of investment portfolio, banking, money and capital market and financial instruments.
• Advanced analytical, financial analysis, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
