Responsibilities:

• KOL Sourcing: Identify and build relationships with KOLs that align with brand needs, expanding the KOL list.

• Negotiation & Coordination: Engage in discussions, negotiate pricing and commissions, monitor progress, and report to the Leader.

• Content Direction: Discuss content direction with KOLs, promote collaboration, and produce planned content.

• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

• Good in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates experienced in the cosmetics and healthcare sectors.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude.
