Responsible for planning, management and execution of branding marketing activities for TrueMoney’s lending business - TrueMoney Vay, TrueMoney
Planning, executing paid advertising programs on key self-service platforms such as Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google AdWords, and Instagram. etc.,
Reviewing and approving all branded elements for advertising and launch materials inclusive of printed collateral, product packaging, online assets, launch toolkits, product logos, and videos.
Responsible to grow and enhance branding awareness of truemoney and trumoney vay
Ensure standard brand guideline are followed at all TrueMoney Vay channels
Track, Analyze and Optimize sales effectiveness of different sales channel, both offline and online
Manage marketing campaigns to ensure the highest effectiveness and ROI
Lead new marketing projects
Identify and source new partnerships to drive new traffic/data
Actively stay updated of latest market trends, competitors marketing strategies and initiatives
Creating Social Media Marketing, Branding, PR, Event strategies to create a brand name in Social Media and raise awareness about the brand and improve online traffic and lead capture through digital
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
Own and enhance owned media capabilities
Cooperating and working with many domestic and multinational partners
Manage marketing team including performance evaluating, staff recruiting, etc.,

1. Basic requirements:
Language: Proficient in English with 4 skills.
2. Qualifications:
Education qualification: background in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business
Experience:
5+ years experience in Marketing or relevant experience
Previous marketing experience for a large retail chain is a plus
Proven track record in designing, implementing successful marketing programs or projects
Understands the needs of the Business & Customer, serves as liaison to ensure good strategic alignment of systems and strategies.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment.
Ability to access information technology applications to improve the current business environment.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, database information
Well-developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to judge competing priorities
Knowledge of mobile marketing
