A. JOB OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the General Director, the position holder will be responsible for improve product quality and build off of existing offerings to Owners, Mechanical and Electrical Contractors, Consultants, End Users and relevant agencies; and need to be able to write business proposals to outline the ideas and business development plan to senior executives. In addition, he/she is also responsible to meet the sales, margin.
B. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
b. Promote Smart Lighting Systems and IOT solutions to Architect M&E Contractors, Lighting Consultants, Owners and Investors.
c. To formulate and implement actions to strengthen customer relationships.
d. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
e. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
f. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
g. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
h. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
i. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
j. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
k. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
l. To detect and follow up on projects, provide technical support and commercial proposals
m. To formulate and implement actions to strengthen customer relationships.
n. To actively gather market and key competitors’ information
