C&B Assistant is responsible for managing and administering the company's C&B programs, include but not limited to:
- Manage and maintain the HR Master System, ensuring all employee details including remuneration and personal data are accurate and up to date.
- Check attendance, incentive and support relevant tasks for monthly payroll calculation for employees.
- Check and verify welfare documents, process social insurance claims for sick leave, maternity leave, and related benefits.
- Reconcile and ensure timely payments related to social insurance contributions.
- Monitor private healthcare insurance including increase/ decrease healthcare cost.
- Register PIT code and dependents.
- Prepare and submit labor related reports on Vietnamese and expatriate labor to relevant authorities.
- Manage documentation related to employment tracking, labor contracts, and resignation documents.
- Assist and maintain records for internal and external audits.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of practice certificates to employees.
- Coordinate with legal and Department of Health to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Organize HR related training sessions required by Authorities with external vendor.
