Responsible for strategic and operational management of the clinic to deliver service excellence and profitability. Duties include:
· Managing floor operations to provide hands on support for patients flow as well as engagement to ensure best patients’ experience
· Ensuring compliance to protocols without compromising efficiency and effectiveness
· Maintenance of all equipment & facilities to ensure ongoing good condition
· Maintain cleanliness, completeness and orderliness of clinic at all times
· Managing duty rosters and shift work of staff to support operational hours of clinic
· Support marketing activities to promote clinic such as campaigns, events and partnerships
· Ensure readiness of clinic at all times for inspections from regulators
· Effective collaboration with the Administrative Manager in managing regulators during inspection to ensure no issues/major findings
· Administrative tasks related to operations of the clinic
· Coordinate very closely with the HR manager in people management including training, coaching and staff development planning
· Responsible for financial performance of clinic including business volume & productivity, expense management and profitability
· Maintaining service excellence in all aspects and touch points through patient journey at the clinic
· Ensuring teamwork and cooperation between staff as well as doctors to provide the best care with patients being first in mind
· Liaison with head office for alignment at all times
· Constantly living and sharing the values of ACC in leadership for highest patient as well as staff satisfaction
· All other tasks as assigned by higher management
