Duties and Responsibilities: Establish and maintain good relationship with customer by:
Receive and respond to customer complaints, aiming to resolve the issue at the earliest
Analyze complaints to understand the root cause and identify trends or recurring problems
Communicate with other departments to resolve complaints, ensuring a consistent and fair approach

Job Requirements:
At least 01-year experience related in: Customer Service, Call Center.
Excellent & clear communication skill.
Proven experience as a Complaints Manager or similar customer service role
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
Working experience in the medical industry is an advantage.
English communication skill.
Flexible with work schedules/shifts and work arrangements.
Customer Service mindset.
Can work in shift.
