Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to sales inquiries from various platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger).
• Handle direct leads. No need for cold calling.
• Master product knowledge to effectively identify clients’ needs and address
queries.
• Prepare sales quotations, schedules, work orders and invoicing
• Identify sales opportunities and handle after-sales feedback
• Support other required administrative tasks.

Requirements:
• Passionate, motivated, and able to work independently.
• Minimum 2 years of sales representative or customer service experience
• Strong ability to resolve customer complaints and maintain satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good in English (written and spoken)
• Advantage if speak Mandarin/Chinese

Salary 10 mil to 15 mil + incentive
6 days work (Tuesday to Sunday)
