WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from database.
• Build systems to perform analysis and reports to evaluate business results, product effectiveness and policies, and results of implementation programs periodically and as required.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of results.
• Develop and maintain and continuously update data models, dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization through data analysis.
• Other tasks as requested by management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance related fields such as Business and Management, Economics, Finance and Banking.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst position or equivalent.
• Have experience working in Fintech or Banking data fields.
• Experienced in Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Warehousing (DW).
• Strong understanding of financial models or fundamental data, reporting tools and techniques that can be applied to diverse products / fields of analysis and reporting.
• Have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, have knowledge of financial analysis and business models of financial institutions.
• Proficiency in handling big data/ analytical reports.

2. Skills

• MS power BI skills, SQL, Excel skills...
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point
• Have good critical thinking, be flexible, solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willing to learn new knowledge and new business processes to serve the job.
