Responsibility 1: Co-ordinate with Food Innovation Center in product strategy plan
- Co-ordinate with Food Innovation Center to build up product strategy and development orientations for category with current trend of the market and customers for Delica;
- Make plan with Marketing and Store to develop and maintain the Pricing Strategy for the Category;
- Execute, and deliver on strategically aligned goals;
- Build strong project and change management capabilities.
Responsibility 2: Sales and product profit management
- Guideline MD take appropriate action plan after review sales, profit data;
- Evaluate the performance of each product and each supplier to make appropriate change decisions to ensure target final;
- Cooperates with Store and other parts to support the sale of products in the Store most convenient way for customer;
- Build up profit strategy for sub category according to product characteristic. Ensure the product profit target and verify on system when setting pricing change;
- Build up with MD selling price structure based on sub category to get maximum profit;
- Manage display, shrinkage and operation in the sales of store and review data profit by product in store to improve or cut/plan;
- Building revenue structure commission based on target final and the proportion of each supplier in category;
Responsibility 3: Co-ordinate with Food Innovation Center in Product developments
- Research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer’s needs and product. Keep up to date with Market Trends and deliver innovation and excitement to customer;
- Suggests new product ideas to attract customers;
- Based on experience and existing KPI making strategy for Delica category. Focusing on major points such as improving image quality, enhancing premium;
Responsibility 4: Supplier management
- Evaluate the effectiveness of raw material to improve or find alternative source to ensure volume, quality;
- Strong business acumen, excellent negotiation and communication skills to be able to reach good price deals;
- Build a good relationship with suppliers so that suppliers can develop together sustainably;
Responsibility 5: Layout for Delica
* New store:
- Cooperates with Development team to build plan for layout;
- Suggestions to select the list of suitable equipment for operation.
* Current store:
- Plan for renewal layout;
- Suggestions to upgrade of suitable equipment for operation;
- Plan for review product display and improving and upgrade product display.
Responsibility 6: Training
- Cooperates with vocational training school to develop a training program for employees;
- Build a periodic training plan for employees;
- Guides for Monitor chef to training for staff of store.

Responsibility 7: Reporting
- Business strategy report;
- Product strategy report;
- Market research report;
- Weekly report/ plan;
- And other reports when requested from Dir/GD.
