Development and management of an overall media plan for Best-Inc Vietnam
Working with agency to develop, execute, monitor the plan for social fan-page, Facebook, Google ads
Optimization for budget, ads effective, and solution on time
Plan to increase fan-page followers and social engagement
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
Work with designers, web admin and content manager to generate advertising assets including video, graphics, ad copy, landing page
Be involved in audience targeting
To manage and report, monitor competitors to improving performance for social media campaign

2-3 year experience in digital marketing
Must proficiency in English; Chinese is a plus
Well experienced with media buy planning
Well organized with multi-tasking skills
Facebook ads, google ads, fanpage management
Love social life, photoshop (if have)
