JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

As a Digital & Performance Marketing Executive at Diag, you will play a critical role in driving our digital marketing strategy and execution. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing performance-based marketing initiatives to increase patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, landing pages, email, and display advertising.
• Monitor leads and do analysis on conversion, and investigation for seeing what can be improved. Work with sales and operations to implement anything as needed for marketing and sales improvement.
• Set up tracking to monitor performance of campaigns and traffic to landing pages and website
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on ROI and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conceptualize and create engaging content that will build a community and elevate our brand
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in the healthcare marketing space.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced in media buying on online platforms including; Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Bing Ads,…
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager), content management systems and able to work with editorial team.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
• Passionate and pro-active: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related marketing software/tools
