The Employer Branding Supervisor is responsible for the development and execution of strategies related to building transcosmos Vietnam employer brand with the aim of making it an employer of choice across all industries and is expected to drive the country recruitment strategy work closely with Talent Acquisition function in attracting, sourcing, assessing, selecting and onboarding top talents for the organization and to ensure that each business unit and function of the organization has the right talent in the right position, and is always aligned with the organization's business goals, talent strategy and policies.
- Develop and implement Employer Branding plan according to defined EVP and support the Talent Acquisition team to drive a multi-channel recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and onboard potential employees.
- Manage and operate the system of digital recruitment channels (Facebook Fanpage, Tiktok, Linkedin, Instagram, Websites...) create content, images, and number of CVs from Ads sources.
- Enhance brand awareness, attract brand followers, manage the brand and TCV's presence as a professional, attractive employer across channels.
- Plan annual activities and organize - participate in Recruitment events at universities, training centers... and be the annual focal point to maintain and develop cooperative relationships with these units.
- Participate in projects to enhance candidate/employee experience with HR functions.
- Make reports, evaluate communication activities, implement content chains and propose next plans or actions.
- Other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
