Creating a checklist for event preparations
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, event staffing, and vendor management
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Sales) to align event strategies with overall brand objectives.
Support to develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Negotiate and manage contracts with event suppliers and partners.
Compiling reports on data collected from events
Performing other tasks as required by the Line Manager

College or University Degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong attention to detail.
Have the spirit of learning, working actively
Well-organization and multi-tasking abilities.
