JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Creating booking in system, Updating & Sending Booking Acknowledge to customer within timeframe
- Receiving booking information as well as ensuring the equipment arrangements for Operation Dept, timely follow-up
- Receiving shipping instruction from customer via COSCO system; Customer declaration (AMS/ENS/E-manifest); Checking & amending B/L as customer request regarding cargo weight, commodity, certificate; Freight Calculation; Issue Proforma BL
- Booking & vessel clean-up within timeframe
- Create/Verify/Update Customer Profile in the system
- Handling of customer enquiries and requests professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction. Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery, and special service requirements
- Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency
- On duty list after working hour to check export list with ports
- Carry out / translate related Chinese reports
- Other Task required by manager
